There is only one solution. Burnouts in front of the company headquarters.

Find the address of the owners and harass them when it’s inconvenient.

Exactly. And all of their vacation homes as well.

Perhaps the solicitor does not know what solicitation means.

“Sit there is no trespassing here”
Really do you have a sign cause I did and you guys knocked and range the door bell any way, I’m going to the door thinking the neighbors house is on fire, but oh no just your lackeys trying to sell bad cable. So signs apparently don't matter!

It was two of them the one claimed to be “training” the other. I think they know they just don't care.

We recently adopted a large German Shepard named Alpha. After he scared a solicitor half to death at the front door, we posted a “beware of dog” sign. Ever since, we have had drastically fewer salesmen waiting around for us to answer the door.

I have neighbor that calls the cops every time a solicitor shows up and tells them there’s a frightening/suspicious person peeking in houses and describes them.
Surprisingly, the police almost always show up and interview them for a while...not a big deal, but I’m sure it returns the inconvenience.

We have two very loud dogs, that’s half the problem; so when it’s close to baby nap time they go out side, solicitors here seem just like, eh beware of dog? I don’t hear barking so fuuck that!

It’s a idea, wife told me this is the second time these same two idiots have come trying to sell stuff! If there is a next time, I may call the cops, cause that would be suspicious to me at this point

I used to be a Charter door-to-door salesman.
I was told by the boss to ignore “No Soliciting” signs, as in his words “They’re often old and out-of-date, and if they don’t want you at the house they will tell you.”
Whenever he would work with me, he’d always walk right up to doors with that on it without hesitation. If I went to skip one with that on the door, he would chew me out.
When I was solo, I wouldn’t knock on doors with that on it. Mostly because the first time I was working solo I knocked on one with it and the homeowner said I woke up his wife and he demanded my address so he could come sodomize me while I slept.

I get it, he’s trying to do a job or what ever, but I doubt annnnnnyyyyy one is buying cable from a door to door guy these days, just stop sending people out comcast, put them in your call centers cause lord knows a hour hold time with comcast is “short”

If they didn’t have the worst customer service of any company on earth they wouldn’t need to go door to door. I’ll spare you and myself from elaborating about my personal 6 month nightmare experience with Comcast.

I had people buy from me. But not enough to be successful at it, because I’m not a hardcase type-A personality.
To put it in perspective, I would get 500 addresses per month. I had to sell to at least 14 of them to get a commission check, otherwise I’d make about $8.50/hr. The best salesman on our team would average over 30 sales per month, and he was easily making over $80k/year.
